How to Use the PS2 Control for the Guitar on Guitar Hero World Tour

While "Guitar Hero: World Tour" for the Sony PlayStation 2 was designed for the plastic guitar-shaped controller, the standard PS2 DualShock 2 controller can work in its place. The notes are actually easier to play with the DualShock controller, because you do not have to press a strumming button with each key. That does not take away from the fun though.

     Use the "X" for the orange notes in the game.

     Press "L1" for the red and "L2" for the green notes.

     Tap "R1" for the yellow and "R2" for the blue notes.

     Control the whammy bar with the left analog stick.

     Use star power when the star meter fills up by pressing "Select."
