How to Pick Up Girls in GTA Vice City for the PS2

̶0;Picking up girls̶1; is the only polite way to describe Tommy Vercetti̵7;s interactions with "ladies of the night" in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for the PlayStation 2. After a long, hard day of stealing cars, evading the police and surviving intense shoot-outs, you may find protagonist Tommy needs a bit of a health boost from a prostitute. Due to adult themes and situations such as "picking up girls,̶1; Vice City is rated M for Mature (for gamers ages 17 and up).

Instructions

  Cruise the streets at night in a car that̵7;s in relatively good shape. You can not pick up girls if the car has crashed a lot or taken heavy fire (no blown-out tires, missing doors or extreme damage). If your car is too damaged, press Triangle to jump out, find a better car and then press Triangle to steal the new car. Be sure no police are around, as you can̵7;t pick up girls with wanted stars.

  Drive slowly along the sidewalks looking for scantily-clad girls in fishnets. If you are driving slowly enough, they should call out to Tommy with phrases like, ̶0;Hey sugar,̶1; or ̶0;Looking for some fun?̶1;

  Stop the car and press L3 to honk the horn. One of the girls will get into the car.

  Drive to a secluded location and hit the brakes to stop. Wait as the car shakes and Tommy̵7;s health is restored. The girl will leave and take $50 with her.
