Go to your right and locate the nurse call button. Press it and leave the room to enter the 3F passage. Proceed through the passage, stopping to pick up the green herb and then through the door into room 302. This door is at the far end of the passage.
Pick up the handgun from the locker in room 302 and the Leech man will drop from the ceiling. Leave the room without attacking the Leech Man and return to the 3F passage. Go into the Nurses' Center located directly across from the elevator.
Take the map from the locker and then move towards the crates on the north end of the room. A doctor in the hospital will restore power to the elevator. Leave the room and go into the elevator.
Go to the 1F passage and enter the Night Reception room. Inside is a burst handgun and handgun bullets. Take them and press the switch near the shutter.
Leave the Night Reception room and enter the Locker Room across the hall. Take the red herb and handgun bullets from the locker. Leave the room and proceed through the shutter to the Examination Room.
Kill the zombies in the room and search them to obtain the Level 1 Card Key. Visit the adjacent Treatment Room for a first aid spray and hemostat items.
Return to the Night Reception room and then proceed into the Office. Inside you can pick up the Piece of Memo and Recovery Med-L. Head into the connecting Doctor's Office and take the Anti Virus-L from the desk. Return to the elevator when finished.
Go down to the B1F Passage and then head directly south into the Elevator Control Room. Inside you will be asked to enter a code into the panel. Crack the code by adding the number on the Piece of Memo you obtained in the Office to one of the five numbers listed on the panel. For example if your Memo has 4105 and one of the panel numbers is 1160 the number you enter is 5265. Try all combinations until you unlock the door.
Return to the B1F Passage and continue south to the Waste Disposal Room. Use the Level 1 Card Key to access the room. Inside you find the Padlock Key. Return to the elevator and go down to the B2F Passage. Head into the Lab and take the Blood Packs from the desk inside.
Go into the attached Temperature Room and use the Blood Pack. The Leech Man will appear and head towards the item. Access the panel in the room and choose the "high" setting to destroy the monster. Search the body for the Card Key Level 2.
Return to the B2F Passage and access the Underground Passage with the Card Key Level 2. Take the bullets, first aid spray, and green herb then select the boat.
Defeat the Leech Monster that attacks by shooting at the red valves around the area. This will cause several explosions to take out the boss. Once complete you will complete the Hive.
