Lure the Mega-Lizard toward one of the giant power generators by hiding behind it. If he can still see you, he should come close enough to get shocked. Be careful because you can also be shocked by the power generators. Shock the Mega-Lizard twice in this manner, reducing his health to 50 percent.
Get close to the Mega-Lizard and press the button shown on the screen. This activates a series of button-pushing sequences. After pressing the buttons correctly you are able to mount the Mega-Lizard. Do not jump off of him until you have successfully steered him into one of the power generators. This will cause a power surge.
Go over to the switch on the wall and follow the directions to turn the power back on. Once the power is back on, you will need to mount the Mega-Lizard once again and steer him into the final power generator. This is the most difficult step, so pay close attention to your balance when steering the Mega-Lizard.
Approach the defeated Mega-Lizard and interact with him. Spider-Man will throw the Mega-Lizard through the wall.
