Instructions

    • 1

Insert two memory cards into the PS2 Console. The cards need to contain a Sim for each player to use. Use "Memory Card Slot 1" for the first player's Sim and "Memory Card Slot 2" for the second player's Sim.

    • 2

Push controller 2 into the appropriate slot. The second player will control their Sim with this controller.

    • 3

Start a single player game with the first player's Sim. The house or apartment that the Sim 1 lives in will be the environment for Sim 2 as well.

    • 4

Press the "Start" button on the second controller while in game. A message will appear on screen announcing the arrival of the second Sim 2 and the game will switch to split screen mode.

    • 5

Interact with other Sims and Sim 1. You can date and marry Sim 1. However, you must establish a friendship relationship at the start with the first player. In addition, you can play video games, watch TV or dance to music with Sim 1. You must have the proper equipment, such as a TV or stereo. Since player's 1 and 2 are in a split screen setting, they may invite or play with other Sims in the game.
