Alien Vs. Predator PS2 Cheats

The Game

• Aliens Versus Predator: Extinction is the only title of the series that has been released on the PlayStation 2 console to date. This game, like the others in its series, allows gamers to take control of either an Alien, a Predator or a Colonial Space Marine with differing controls and interactions for each.

  The game has a universal cheat code to allow gamers to access a menu to change the game play.

The Cheat Code

• The cheat code, which must be entered before any of the cheat options become available to the gamer, is entered via the PlayStation 2 controller. The type of controller--Dual Shock or otherwise--does not matter.

  To enter the code, simply pause the game at any point during game play. Then, press the following sequence of buttons:

  R1, R1, L1, R1, L1, L1, R1, L1, R1, R1, L1, R1, L1, L1, R1, L1

  The cheat options will now be available.

Unlocked Cheats

• Now when you pause the game and enter the Options menu, you will have the choice of various cheats to enable:

  * Cheat Win will automatically allow you to win the game and see the ending for the species of character you chose to play as.
  * Clear Fog of War will lift the entire map so it is visible by the gamer.
  * Enable All Levels allows the gamer to choose any level to play in instead of having to clear each level in a row before playing the next one.
  * Gimme $10,000 is exactly as it sounds, boosting the character's funds for upgrades and other items.
  * Player Invulnerable makes the character the gamer is playing invulnerable and incapable of taking damage.
  * Show LZs brings up the target points on the player's map.
  * Toggle Unit Spying enables the gamer to see where all of the enemy units are at on the map.
