How to Get The Dog Ending In Silent Hill 2

This is the secret fifth ending that is coveted by the most hard core of all Silent Hill fans. It’s a bit of an inside joke, but for those who play the game, you know exactly the joke that it really is. This is humorous to watch and is a little strange at the same time. Good luck getting the hardest of all endings for your Silent Hill 2 game.

How To Get The Dog Ending In Silent Hill 2

  You first have to clear a Rebirth ending, or all of the other three endings. There will be a Dog Key in the doghouse that just appears in a vacant lot. The lot is West of Jack’s Inn on Nathan.

  You now have to clear all three endings. The Leave, Maria and In Water endings or only clear the Rebirth to get the Dog Key to appear.

  Toward the game’s end, use the Dog Key to go into the Observation Room in the Nightmare Hotel on level 3F. Only do this after James has played the video. Save your game before this so you can pick up here for another ending later if you want.

  During any replay game, you can find a clue about the ending you are going to get by going into the Wood Side Apartment in room 2058. Look next to the sewing machine where the flashlight was.

  The note will say Searching For Another Conclusion and there will be something attached that relates to an ending you have not completed yet.
