How to Play Star Wars Battlefront 2 Multiplayer

Play Star Wars Battlefront 2 multiplayer by first choosing the multiplayer option from the main menu.

Select if you will be playing online or a local game. A local game will not require an Internet connection, but both players must be sitting in your house. On the Playstation 2 and Xbox, this will create a split screen multiplayer game.

Choose whether you would like to create a new game or join an existing game.

Select a ground-based battle featuring vehicles and characters on foot or an aerial battle featuring a number of starships and air-based vehicles from the Star Wars universe.

Wait for the desired number of players to join the session. Once this is complete, the host can start the multiplayer game. The fewer players you want, the less time you have to wait for players to join.

Identify the objectives and requirements of the selected game and the location of your teammates.

Work with your teammates to win the game to achieve the necessary goals before your opponent does.
