Appearance
You can choose a male or female fighter, then customize several features including size and skin color. On the head, you can choose a face, eye color, hair style and color, and whether the fight wears anything. You can also change the dimensions of the facial features. On the upper and lower body, you select from dozens of clothing options and can add accessories such as gloves and shoulder pads. Many items you must purchase using koins, while some are unlocked by collecting relics in Konquest Mode.
Fighting and Weapon Styles
For both the fighting and weapon styles, you select your fighter's stance and name the style. For the weapon style, you choose what type of weapon you want to use. If you select swords, you can choose to hold one or two. For both styles, you assign high and low punching and kicking attacks. The fighting style lets you choose basic attacks, combos and air attacks, while the weapon style primarily consists of heavy attacks. You must purchase many of the attacks before you can assign them to your fighter.
Special Moves
Special moves are attacks you use by successfully executing a sequence of buttons. These attacks include projectiles, charging, disabling, teleporting, taunts and throw moves. You can assign up to six special moves, but first you must purchase most of these attacks using koins before you can assign them to your fighter. Most moves cost between 500 and 3,000 koins. The button combinations for each attack is predetermined, so you don't have to select it yourself.
Biography and Extras
The game lets you add biographical information to your fighter. Most important is the fighter's name, up to nine characters, which displays in the fight stance screen and health bar during battle. You can also choose a slogan and enter a full biography as well. Extras include 14 different victory stances which your fighter takes when you win a fight. You also select one of six voices, depending on the gender of your fighter. The phrases mostly consist of grunts during fights.
