How Do You Get Supreme Kai in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3?

In the PlayStation 2 fighting game "Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3," players can unlock a variety of playable characters during the course of the game's "Dragon Universe" story mode. One of those unlockable characters is Supreme Kai, an otherworldly being who, in the story of "Dragon Ball Z," comes to Earth to warn the planet's heroes about the coming of the villain Buu.

Instructions

- 1
  Play through "Dragon Universe" mode with Gohan and restart it with Gohan once again after you've completed it the first time around.

  Defeat Goten in battle and check your map.
- 3
  Press "R1" to do a Ki Search on your map and go to the mysterious marker on the map between Goku's house and Gohan's house. Once you arrive, take the character capsule to unlock Videl.

  Press "R1" to do a Ki Search on the World Map and head for the map marker northwest of West City.

  Fight and defeat Vegeta.
- 6
  Continue on through the game until you beat Majin Vegeta. After that, travel to Central City and use the Ki Search once again to reveal a map marker in the nearby plains.

  Head to those newly revealed plains and take the Supreme Kai character capsule. Taking this capsule will unlock Supreme Kai as a playable character.
