How to Get the Dragon Whisker in Final Fantasy XII

The Dragon Whisker is a rare spear that has been floating around in the Final Fantasy realm in one form or another since the second installment of the series. In "Final Fantasy XII," it is the second most sought-after spear, following the Zodiac Spear. It has attack power of "91" and an evasion power of "8." The Dragon Whisker can't be bought; instead you must navigate through the game and find it in a chest at one of three locations.

Instructions

  Navigate to Phon Coast, then go to Cerobi Steppe. Find the North Liavell Hills area and equip your character with a Diamond Armlet. Open any chests you find, because there may be a Dragon Whisker inside.

  Reach Pharos at Ridorana and equip your character with a Diamond Armlet. Look behind the Fool's Facade at the first flight of Spire Ravel to find a chest containing the spear. Locate the trap on the left side of the green sigil for another chest that may contain a Dragon Whisker.

  Go to Pharos Subterra and find Penumbra-South. Remove the Diamond Armlet and look for a chest containing the spear.
