Instructions for Top Angler on PS2

"Top Angler: Real Bass Fishing," the 2002 simulator for the PlayStation 2 console, lets players tackle the sport of fishing in multiple settings and environments. The game allows players to control the color of the lure, the cast point, reel, movement and more with a variety of fish to catch. Rated "E" for everyone, the game assigns all of the functions of a fishing trip to the PS2 controller.

      Use the directional pad to cycle through menu options. Press "Left" and "Right" on the directional pad or the left analog stick to relocate the rod or cast point.

      Press "Circle" or "X" to confirm cast point, cast distance and any menu option. Use the right analog stick to reel in your catch.

      Use the "L1" and "R1" buttons to alter lure color. Press "Triangle" to show the lure selection menu.

    • 4

      Press "Start" to access the main menu or pause your current game.
