How Do I Move the Statue in the Lab in Castlevania: Lament of Innocence for the PS2?

The Anti-Soul Mysteries Lab is one of the locations you will explore in "Castlevania: Lament of Innocence." You will find a strange gargoyle statue while exploring the lab, and you cannot move the statue in any way the first time you encounter it. Later in the game, however, you will acquire two special weapons imbued with elemental powers that will allow you to destroy the statue and recover the secret item hidden behind it.

Whip of Flames
Whip of Ice

Instructions

  Travel to the gargoyle statue in the Anti-Soul Mysteries Lab after acquiring the Whip of Flames and the Whip of Ice. The Whip of Flames can be obtained by killing the Fire Elemental in the Anti-Soul Mysteries Lab and the Whip of Ice can be obtained by killing the Ice Elemental in the Dark Palace of Waterfalls.

  Kill any enemies near the statue, then equip the Whip of Flames. Repeatedly attack the gargoyle statue with the Whip of Flames until the statue glows red.

  Quickly equip the Whip of Ice and attack the glowing gargoyle statue with it until the gargoyle statue shatters. The gargoyle statue's destruction will reveal a door leading to the White Orb.
