How to Do Melee Attacks in Combat Elite: WW2 Paratroopers for the PS2

"Combat Elite: WW2 Paratroopers" is a top-down historical shooter for the PlayStation 2. After choosing one of the available paratroopers, players make their way through the battlegrounds of World War II. Missions involve rescuing other soldiers and killing enemies. While most of the battles take place at long range, players are also able to execute melee attacks when up close. These are best left for surprise attacks as enemies armed with guns will return fire if not killed quickly.
