A Walkthrough of How to Get Codebreakers in Headhunter: Redemption

Headhunter Redemption is the 2004 PS2/Xbox sequel to 2001's Headhunter, for the Dreamcast. It is a stealth-oriented, third-person action game, similar to Syphon Filter or Metal Gear Solid in which players control a bounty hunter named Jack in a futuristic Los Angeles. Periodically, throughout the game, you will come across locked doors and safes that have codes for them. These puzzles ask you to place dots on a grid, based on a sequence of three previous arrays of dots. The key to solving these puzzles is pattern recognition.

Instructions

- 1
  Take note of a common shape in the first three boxes. For example, in security level 2, sequence B, the dots are arranged in a "7" pattern and rotate around the edges of the grid in a clockwise formation. To complete this puzzle, rotate the pattern 90 degrees clockwise from the last position.

  Determine if the sequence is moving through the grid or rotating through the grid. In security level 3, sequence A, the dots on the second line are gradually moving down to the fourth line. To complete the sequence, add the final dot to the fourth line.
- 3
  Recognize when two patterns are going on simultaneously. In security level 6, sequence A, the three lines in the bottom right are turning clockwise along the edges of a 3-by-3. At the same time, the dot on the left is descending down the leftmost column.
