How to Get to the Hoverboard on Jak 2

"Jak II" is the sequel to Naughty Dog's best-selling platformer game "Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy." You take on the role of Jak, a gun-packing hero who, along with his love interest Keira, best friend Daxter and guardian Samos, is transported into an alternate dimension ruled over by Baron Praxis. The game details Jak's exploits as he tries to escape from Praxis and rescue his friends. The hoverboard, or "Jet Board," is an in-game item that Jak gains access to in the normal course of play.

     Play the game normally until you reach the point where the mysterious Shadow reveals itself. Immediately after this you will be charged to go to Haven Forest and destroy a quintet of Metal Head scouts.

     Head towards the Teleporter in the next room. Before you reach it you will be contacted by a mechanic you met earlier in the game.

     Watch the cut scene that enfolds. At the end of the cut scene, you will have access to Jak's Jet-Board.
