How to Unlock a Handicap in WWE 2009

"WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2009" is a wrestling simulation game, released for the PlayStation 2, in which players can choose their favorite WWE wrestlers and participate in a variety of matches. One of these matches, the Gauntlet match, is a type of handicap match that finds the player matched up against two or more opponents. To unlock this match for general play, you must complete a specific in-game task.

  Begin the game, and select the "Road to Wrestlemania" option.

  Select John Cena as your character for "Road to Wrestlemania" mode.

  Complete John Cena's "Road to Wrestlemainia" story by defeating MVP in the 15-minute Iron Man match. To defeat MVP simply attack him until you can score a point by pinfall or submission, then avoid him immediately after scoring, as he will recover completely and become aggressive for a short time. Repeat this process until you win the match. After winning the match, the Gauntlet match is unlocked.
