How to Unlock Paradox Battles in Kingdom Hearts 2

The Paradox Cup is one of the side quests in "Kingdom Hearts 2." It consists of a series of tournaments hosted by Hades in the Underworld. The four tournaments are the Pain and Panic Paradox Cup, Cerberus Paradox Cup, Titan Paradox Cup and Hades Paradox Cup. The Paradox Cups represent the most difficult tournaments. They are only unlocked near the end of the main storyline, after the second visit to Space Paranoids.

Instructions

- 1
  Win the Goddess of the Fate Cup in the Olympus Coliseum to unlock the Pain and Panic Paradox Cup. The Goddess of the Fate Cup tournament is unlocked after you win the Pain and Panic Cup, Cerberus Cup and Titan Cup tournaments in Olympus Coliseum.

  Raise your summon level to level 5 to unlock the Titan Paradox Cup. The level is raised a point for every one point of drive gauge you spend when you summon any of your summon characters.

  Raise your Wisdom, Valor and Master drive forms to level 5 to unlock the Cerberus Paradox Cup. These levels are raised with experience points. Get experience points for every hit you make with your weapon in Valor form, every Heartless character you defeat in Wisdom form, and for every Drive Orb you collect in Master form.

  Raise Sora's summon ability and his Wisdom, Valor, Master and Final drive forms to level 7 to unlock the Hades Paradox Cup. Defeat Nobodies to get experience points in Final Form.
- 5
  Talk to Hades at his chamber in the Underworld to play in any of the Paradox Cup tournaments.
