Hidden Secrets on How to Make Your Sim on Sims 2 Have a Baby on a PlayStation 2

"The Sims 2" is a life simulation game that allows players to control the lives of multiple avatars called Sims. You have to provide your Sims with basic necessities as they progress through various stages of life, including having children. During your first play-through of the game's "Story Mode" you may be confused on how to have babies in the PlayStation 2 version of the game. In fact, the option to reproduce is locked in this mode until the end of the game, but there are other ways to have a thriving Sim family whenever you want.

  Enter the game's "Freeplay Mode." You will have access to all of the game's options from the very beginning, including have a baby.

  Click the "Try For Baby" option with a Sim of the opposite sex. The option is only available to Sims who are married, deeply in love and who are laying on a bed or lounging in a hot tub. If your two Sims meet those three criteria, the option will be displayed.

  View through a telescope at night until you are abducted. The chances of this occurring are minimal, but a commonly unknown secret of the game is that you can be abducted and impregnated by an alien.
