How to Play The Civil War: a Nation Divided for PS2

The Sony PlayStation 2 video game, History Channel: Civil War: A Nation Divided, attempts to re-enact the U.S. Civil War as a first-person shooter video game. There are 12 different missions in the game that allow players to play as soldiers in both the north's United States of America and the south's Confederate States of America.

Instructions

Basic Controls

  Tilt the left analog joystick to move your character.

  Tilt the right analog joystick to look around.

  Press "Start" to pause the game and open the menu.

  Press "Select" to show the objectives of the mission.
Action Controls

  Press "X" to use objects in the game and to interact with other characters.

  Press "Square" to change your position from standing to crouching.

  Press "Triangle" to jump.
Attack Controls

  Press the "Left" and "Right" buttons on the D-pad to change your weapons.

  Press the right analog joystick to reload your weapon.

  Hold "L1" to aim your weapon and look down the gun's sight and press "R1" to shoot.

  Press "L2" to throw your grenade.

  Press "R2" to use your physical melee attack.
