How to Transform Momo in Xenosaga

Multiple Observative Mimetic Organicus, referred to as "MOMO," is a lifelike cybernetic humanoid in the game "Xenosaga Episode I: Der Wille zur Macht." MOMO joins the party after the Minotaur boss battle. MOMO has the innate ability to transform into a "Starlight" form or a "Star Wind" form in battle. Both increase her attributes and add powerful attacks to her arsenal. Specific conditions have to met in the battle before MOMO can transform.

Instructions

Pre-Battle

  Press the "Triangle" button on the exploration screen to open the main menu.

  Select "Ether" from the main menu and press the "X" button to open it.

  Press the "R1" button to switch to MOMO's "Ether" screen.

  Select "Use E.Pts/Evolve" from the "Ether" screen menu and press the "X" button to bring up a list of available ethers.

  Select either "Star Wind" or "Starlight" from the ether list and press the "X" button to purchase the skill. An ether costs 100 Ether Points.

  Press the "A" button to return to the "Ether" screen.

  Select "Set" from the "Ether" screen menu and press the "X" button.

  Select a slot to set the ether to and press the "X" button. Select the transformation ether and press the "X" button to set it to a slot.

  Press the "Circle" button three times to return to the exploration screen.
Battle Application

  Press the "X" button to enter the battle menu.
- 11
  Select "Ether" from the menu and select the transformation ether. Press the "X" button to continue casting the ether.

  Press the "X" button to confirm. MOMO will cast the ether and transform into the chosen form. Transformation ethers can only be used once per battle.
