After the groundbreaking first person shooter "Goldeneye 007" for the Nintendo 64, Electronic Arts decided to put a sequel to the test for the PlayStation 2 with the game "Goldeneye: Rogue Agent." Based on the character of James Bond, "Goldeneye: Rogue Agent" follows an ex-M16 agent who is brought out of retirement to perform one last mission: the assassination of Dr. No. The game offered an extensive multiplayer mode wherein up to four players could compete against one another in an all-out firefight.
