How to Get Into the Volcano Temple in The Sims 2: Castaway

"The Sims 2: Castaway" differs from previous "Sims" installations in that it provides actual goals and tasks. One such goal is to locate and enter Llama Temple. Llama Temple is located on the summit of the volcano. Although the Llama Temple appears to be long-abandoned, there are many rare and useful items located within its doors. To enter the Llama Temple, your Sim must first collect the nine Hieroglyphic Pieces scattered around the island.

Instructions

  Collect the nine Hieroglyphic Pieces. The Hieroglyphic Pieces are in the following locations: Deep Jungle, Pier Beach, Shipwreck Lagoon, Dark Cave, Skull Rock Jungle, East River Plains, South River Jungle, Volcano Jungle and Geyser Plains.

  Craft the Hieroglyphic Stele on a workbench. The Stele is created from the nine Hieroglyphic Pieces.

  Travel to Geyser Plains and find the Ancient Door.

  Click the Ancient Door and select "Inspect." If you have the Hieroglyphic Stele in your possession, the door will open.

  Enter the Llama Temple. There are ancient relics and some rare items located within.
