Instructions
Follow the path to the left from where you enter Proto Merkabah. Climb the stairs to your north. Follow the path to the central bridge across the area. Climb the stairs to your left to reach the next section of the station.
Follow the north path until you reach the conveyor belt. Turn right at the conveyor belt. Climb down the ladder to go down to the next floor.
Follow the south path until you walk under the bridge. Press the button to your left to raise the bridge. Walk south until you find another button. Press this button to lower the bridge again.
Turn right and follow the northern path. Press the button you encounter to raise the next bridge. Follow the conveyor belt to the next floor. Follow the path next to the conveyor belt to reach the elevator.
Climb the stairs to the 41st floor. Press the large green button on the console.
Climb the stairs to the 44th floor. Follow the path to your right. Turn down the path to your left. You encounter a Xanthosis. Destroy the wall panels behind it to reveal a hallway. Follow the hallway and take a left. Once you walk down the catwalk, a prompt asks if you want to jump down. Agree to jump down to start a boss fight against Proto Dora, who is supported by two Schutz.
Defeat Proto Dora. Focus on the two Schutz first to remove both from the fight. Cast Veil anytime an "Energy Recharge" message appears. Proto Dora is immune to beam attacks while its beam shield is up. There are no special tricks to this fight beyond that. Just attack it with techniques until it is defeated.
Follow the north passage and turn right and keep going until you see a ladder blocked by junk. You do not need to go down the ladder, but it leads to a Trauma Plate if you want to pick it up. Enter the door straight ahead to enter a room. Exit the room through the door to your right. Climb down the stairs to reach another elevator. The rest of this area is linear, so keep following the path until you reach the final two bosses.
Defeat Albedo. This is a very anticlimactic boss fight. Use Erde Kaiser to defeat him instantly.
Defeat Sophie Peithos. Sophie Peithos occasionally summons a Jaldabaoth or Ratatosk to aid it. Focus on the Jaldabaoth or Ratatosk anytime one is present. Otherwise, just attack Sophie Peithos repeatedly with your most powerful techniques. There are no particular tricks to this fight. After Sophie Peithos is defeated you reach the end of Proto Merkabah and the ending cutscene begins to play.
