How To Find Yiazmat in Final Fantasy XII

As the last enemy of the mark hunting side quest in "Final Fantasy XII," the Yiazmat is the toughest boss in the game. It possesses an incredible 50 million hit points, with multiple powerful attacks and statuses. Just earning the right to battle against the Yiazmat is a tricky proposition, as you must defeat a host of other enemies before he will even appear. Once you've fulfilled these requirements, however, finding the Yiazmat doesn't take much effort.

     Defeat all of the enemies through Rank VII in the mark hunting side quest.

     Defeat the Hell Wyrm in Sochen Cave Palace.

     Go to the Clan Hall in Rabanastre and speak with Montblanc. Accept the Yiazmat hunt.

   • 4

     Use a gate crystal to warp to the Pharos at Ridorana area. From here, make your way to the Ridorana Cataract.

   • 5

     Go to the Colosseum in the Ridorana Cataract. The Yiazmat will be roaming the area.
