How to Let a Homie Drive on GTA

"Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" is an open-world crime adventure game released by Rockstar Games in 2004. This game was the first in its series to allow the player to enlist homies, members of your gang who follow you around wherever you go and fight in your fights. You can also let your homies accompany you on drive-bys whenever you enter rival gang territory.

Instructions

      Walk up to a homie (located in any neighborhood you control) and hold Up. (You can identify homies by their completely green clothing.) Release the Up button when you hear the homie agree to join you.

      Walk up to any vehicle and press Triangle. You and the homie will enter the car.

      Drive into any neighborhood you don't own. When you drive near rival gang members, the homie will do a drive-by: leaning out the car window and shooting at the enemy.
