Rugrats: Royal Ransom Instructions

"Rugrats: Royal Ransom," released in 2002 for the PlayStation 2 console, lets players control characters from the "Rugrats" animated series. Available characters include Chucky, Tommy, Kimi, Phil and Lil. Levels range from space adventures to the jungle. The game, rated E for everyone, features single player and multiplayer modes. Players must know how to control both the functions of the babies during gameplay and the vehicles they can drive in certain levels.

Instructions

  Use the directional pad to aim and control movement. Press the "X" button once to jump and twice to double-jump. Press the "X" button while driving to press the gas.

  Press the "Circle" button to crawl. Press the "Circle" button with a run to roll. Press the "Circle" button to also put objects away and while driving to go in reverse. Press "X" and "Circle" to use the Diapey Bounce special move.

  Press the "Triangle" button to center the view of the screen. Use the "Square" button to throw, use and shoot. Press "Square" to switch between characters during gameplay and to jump while driving.

  Press "R2" to switch to first-person perspective. Press "L2" to honk your horn while driving. Press "Start" to pause gameplay.

  Hold down and move the left analog to alternatively aim and control movement. Hold down and move the right analog stick to control the camera.
