How to Free the Pigeons From the Rock Titan on God of War 2

In "God of War II," Kratos is betrayed by the ruler of Olympus, Zeus, and sets off toward the mythical mountain to get his revenge on the god. Kratos is given a flying horse, Pegasus, to aid him in this quest, but soon after, the horse is snatched out of the sky by the rock and wind titan, Typhon. To continue, you must free the Pegasus from Typhon's grasp. This can be done by exploring the caverns to obtain the "Rage of the Titans" power.

Instructions

    • 1

Play through the "Lair of the Titan" level until you reach an outdoor, snowy area. Prometheus asks you to free him from his prison. Fire your "Typhon's Bane" magic power at his chains to set him free, and you receive the "Rage of the Titans" power as a reward.

    • 2

Turn around and head back to the beginning of the level, where Pegasus is trapped by Typhon. A steel door now blocks your return. To open it, fill your Rage meter by defeating multiple enemies. When the meter is full, press the "L3" and "R3" buttons at the same time. This activates your "Rage of the Titans" power, granting you extra strength. Attack the door to break it down.

    • 3

Continue to the area where Typhon's hand is holding Pegasus down. Attack his fingers until your Rage meter is full, then press "L3" and "R3." With your "Rage of the Titans" power active, attack each finger until it lifts off the ground. When all of the fingers are lifted, Pegasus is free.
