Playstion 3 Cheats for The Bourne Conspiracy

"The Bourne Conspiracy" for the PlayStation 3 offers a limited amount of cheat options which will alter the overall gameplay. These cheats can grant you access to different weapons within the game, and open up bonus features to help you become more versatile within the game.
  1. The Shotgun

    • During the main menu screen of the "Bourne Conspiracy" video game for the PlayStation 3, access the "Cheats" option. Once this screen has been activated, enter the phrase "ALWAYSANOBJECTIVE." Do not put spaces in between the words. If you enter the phrase correctly, the shotguns within the game will morph from assault versions into automatic versions. If you defeat the game, automatic shotguns will also be made available. However, simply entering the cheat phrase at the beginning of the game eliminates the need to defeat the game to have automatic shotguns at your disposal.

    The Machine Gun

    • During the main menu screen, once again access the "Cheats" option and type in the phrase "WHATTHEYMAKEYOUGIVE." If you enter it correctly, the machine guns within the game will all be silent machine guns, meaning they will not be as loud as the normal machine guns already within the game. This cheat, while it slightly changes gameplay, doesn't make the game any less difficult. As with the shotgun, your defeating the single player campaign of the game will unlock the silent machine gun.

    Artistic Cheats

    • After you defeat the "Bourne Conspiracy" video game, you will unlock concept art from the game itself. This art depicts characters, locations and levels from the game. However, if you access the "Cheats" option and type in the phrase "LASTCHANCEMARIE," you will unlock additional concept art that you couldn't see, regardless if you have beaten the game or not. You can also unlock new music -- or a bonus music track -- by entering the phrase "JASONBOURNEISDEAD" during the "Cheats" option screen. These two cheats will not raise or lower the difficulty of the game.

    Tips

    • Throughout the "Bourne" video game, you will encounter Boss fights; fights with foes who are tougher than the usual thugs who inhabit the game. One such Boss is known as Castle, and he uses a knife to try and kill you within an apartment. If possible, guide the fight over to a nearby desk and perform a take-down move. A take-down move requires you to have bars of adrenaline. if done correctly, you will grab a ball-point pen and stick it into Castle's hand, causing him to drop the knife. Without the knife, Castle is far easier to defeat. If you die too many times within a level, you will be given the option of decreasing the difficulty of the game. You can do this without needing to start the whole game over.
