Cheats for Battlefield PS3

Unlock Weapons

• Access the "Multiplayer" menu from Battlefield's Main Menu. Select the "Unlockables" option and enter one of the codes to unlock special weapons. Enter the code "try4ndrunf0rcov3r" to unlock the M60 machine gun. Type the code "your3mynextt4rget" to unlock the QBU88 sniper rifle. To unlock the USAS-12 shotgun, type the code "aw3somef1rep0wer." To unlock the Uzi, enter the code "cov3r1ngthecorn3r" in the space provided.

Unlock F2000

• The F2000 assault rifle can also be unlocked for use in the game. In order to unlock the rifle, players must link their PlayStation Network name to an Electronic Arts account. Access the Battlefield Veteran official website at www.veteran.battlefield.com. Click the "Start Linking Your Accounts" button to link the PlayStation Network name to the Electronic Arts account. The F2000 rifle will be unlocked in the game.

Double Slash Attack

• Press the PS3's "Triangle" button to pull out the knife for a slash attack. To perform the normal slash attack, press the "R2" button. To do two fast slashes, press "Triangle" and "R2" to make two double slashes quickly. Press the "R1," "Triangle" and "R2" buttons in sequence repeatedly to do a never-ending chain of double slash attacks.

Secret Weapons in Acta Non Verba Mission

• The "Acta Non Verba" mission has two special weapons that can be added to the player's collection. To unlock the AK74u recon rifle, complete the "Armory" objective by destroying the missile launcher. The Russian Special Forces will attack you shortly thereafter. Defeat one of the members of the special forces and grab his fallen weapon. Gather the M249 SAW, complete the tank ride later on in the mission. Exit the tank and enter the house that has a white X mark displayed on it (from the map).
