Vehicles
You can automatically spawn any of the vehicles unique to "The Lost and Damned" by entering the following numbers into Niko's cellphone. Call "245-555-0125" to get a Double T motorbike. Dialing "245-555-0199" will spawn a high-speed Hakuchou sports bike. "245-555-0150" will get you a Hexer, a Harley-Davidson-style "chopper" bike, while "826-555-0100" creates a Slamvan, the low-rider car from "GTA San Andreas." Dial "359-555-0100" to get an Annihilator attack helicopter or "227-555-0100" for an FIB Buffalo, which is the car that the police send after you when you have a wanted rating of four stars or more.
Weapons
For a weapon pack containing a baseball bat, a handgun, a shotgun, an MP4, an M4 assault rifle, a sniper rifle, an RPG and grenades, type "486-555-0100" into the cellphone. To get a knife, molotov cocktails, a handgun, a shotgun, an uzi, an AK-47, a sniper rifle and an RPG launcher, dial "486-555-0150." All of the weapons come fully loaded.
Wanted Level
To remove your wanted level, dial "267-555-0100." This disables the in-game PlayStation Network Trophy "Walked Free," which you get for losing a six-star wanted level. You can get a six-star wanted level without blocking the trophy by dialing "267-555-0150," but you'll have to lose it without cheating to get the trophy.
Other Cheats
To replenish your armor to the maximum level, dial "362-555-0100." To replenish your health, armor and ammunition to the maximum levels, dial "482-555-0100." To change the weather in the game, bring up the cellphone and enter "468-555-0100." Dialing "948-555-0100" will tell you the details of whichever song is playing in the game at the time.
