Young Alex Costume
You can access the young Alex costume only by entering a code at the game's main menu. Press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Circle to unlock the young Alex costume.
Circular Saw
The circular saw is a hidden weapon that you find only after playing through the main story line once. On your second time through the game, find the saw in the garage of the Shepherd family.
U.F.O. Ending
To unlock the U.F.O ending, you must perform a few specific actions throughout the game. You must save Wheeler when he is injured by giving him a health drink, blame the father in the confessional part of the game, and spare the mother's life while she is in prison. You will also unlock the laser gun and a sheriff's costume. You will find both of these items in Joshua's Room on your next play-through.
Bogeyman Ending
To unlock the Bogeyman ending, you must allow Wheeler to die when you find him injured. You also have to spare the mother while she is in prison and blame the father during the confessional portion of the game. In addition to the alternate ending, you will also unlock the Bogeyman mask.
Hospital Ending
You have to save Wheeler using a first aid kit, forgive the father during the confessional, and spare the mother inside of the prison to unlock the hospital ending. You will also unlock the Scrubs costume in addition to unlocking the new ending.
Drowned Ending
To unlock the drowned ending, you have to heal Wheeler by giving him a first aid kit. You also have to accuse the father during the confessional and kill the mother inside of the prison. You will unlock the Cultist Costume in addition to unlocking the new ending.
