Unlock "Five"
The zombie mode of "Black Ops" can be unlocked either by completing the game in any mode or by using a cheat code. At the main menu tap the trigger buttons on the control, alternating between left and right, or hold down the space bar to leave the character's seat. Walk to the back wall and locate a small black and white terminal. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter "3ARC UNLOCK" to unlock all levels, including the zombie mode.
Pentagon Thief
Locate the room with the number "3" on it near the lower level labs and turn on the power switches. Once the power is on use one of the teleporters to access the main room and turn on all the defcon switches. The room also has a Pack-A-Punch machine once the Defcon levels are raised to 5. The three defcon switches will unleashed the Pentagon thief who will steal your weapon and teleport away. Killing him unlocks a trophy/achievement and rewards a Sale Tag to lower the cost of weapons and the Pack-A-Punch machine.
Unlimited Death Machine
While playing with a partner it is possible to glitch the game for a Gatling gun with unlimited ammunition. Obtain the Death Machine (Gatling gun) power-up and then die before the power-up is lost. Have your partner revive you and the gun will have an unlimited supply bullets. Obtaining the Death Machine power-up again removes the glitch. Be sure to not have the Death Machine weapon equipped when the Pentagon thief appears or the weapon will be stolen.
Hidden Music
Seek out the three red phones -- the first is in a corner after the opening set of the doors, the second in the Pack-A-Punch room and the third in a room after the second elevator where the power is on. These can be found by listening for a ring and following the sound to the phone. Look at each of the three phones and hold the "X" button until they stop ringing and a busy sound is heard. After the third phone, the song "Don't Back Down" by Eminem is played in the level.
