Unlockable Costumes
By completing certain events, you can unlock different costumes for Spider-Man. Complete Level 1 to unlock the Cosmic Spider-Man outfit, and finish Act 2 to unlock the Spidey Armor. By completing 25 city events, you will unlock the Ben Reilly costume. Collect 150 Spider tokens to unlock the Iron Man costume. Defeat 500 enemies at any point during the game to unlock the Carnage costume. Complete 50 city events and unlock the Spider-Man 2099 costume.
Play Again
With the upgrades you obtain throughout gameplay of "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows," you can replay the game from the beginning. Beat the game once through and cycle through the credits at the end of the game. Hit "Continue" in the in-game menu and wait through the credits a second time. You can now play this game again with all of the upgraded features you have unlocked.
Wolverine Quiz Answers
The X-Men character Wolverine makes an appearance in "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows," prompting a quick fight. After this fight, Wolverine will ask you to answer several questions. The answer to Wolverine's first question is "Richard and Mary." The answer to his second question is "Ned Leeds." The third answer to this series of questions is "Battleworld." The fourth answer to the question that Wolverine will ask you is "Daredevil." The fifth answer is a "Mutant." The answer to the last question that Wolverine will ask you is "May Parker."
Superhero and Villain Strikes
Spider-Man uses two basic suits throughout the game, and each one categorizes a different mood. The red and blue suit is synonymous with the superhero, while the black suit is relative to his villain side. When the red and blue suit is activated, other superheroes will assist your character. Likewise, when the black suit is activated, only villains will assist you. Notice the picture at the bottom of your screen that reflects the suit and mood. If you quickly switch suits and defeat the enemies before the picture at the bottom of the screen can change, you can effectively keep the target hero with you until the picture changes. Using this strategy will maximize your ability to gain experience points and unlock certain features.
