Metal Gear Solid 4 Database Cheats

It's hard enough for an aged Solid Snake to defeat his enemies in "Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots" for the PlayStation 3, but having a few cheats along the way can make his journey a little bit easier. If you find the game is too challenging or you want to have some fun, knowing a few cheats will help you beat "Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots" in a more spectacular fashion.

Unlock Guns
- You can unlock different guns for Snake to use at the Extras screen under Password once you beat the game once. For example, to unlock the Mk. 23 handgun, put in "mekakorkkk." To get the Patriot, a weapon with unlimited ammo, type in "pkhhnwhsjt." You can get the Desert Eagle Long Barrel by entering "deskyhstyl."
Shadow Moses Passwords
- When you get to Shadow Moses Island and Otacon asks you to enter the code for the security system, you can instead use three different codes to get items. Press "14893" to get 100,000 points; press "78925" to get the "Opening - Old L.A. 2040" song for the iPod and input "13462" to get the "Policenaughts Ending" song for the iPod. The screen will say "Access Denied," but you will receive the bonus nonetheless.
Unlock Songs
- You can unlock six songs at the passwords screen. To get "Desperate Chase," input "thomas"; to get "Gekko," type in "george"; to get "Midnight Shadow," put in "theodore"; to unlock "Mobs Alive", punch in "abraham"; to receive "Mosin Nagant," press "mnsoymsyhn" and to unlock "Subsistence Action," input "mgo2play."
Hidden Camo
- There are two pieces of camouflage that you can unlock at the password screen: the altair costume and the drebin face camo. To get the altair costume, input "aottrykmyn." To get the drebin face camo, type in "dntkkhktmm."
