The PlayStation 3 (PS3) allows you to create multiple accounts on one console. This allows many people to have their own settings and game saves under their individual profiles. Sometimes, you'll find that you have user IDs on your console for people who no longer use the PS3. It's easy to delete them to free up some hard drive space.
