Power on the PlayStation 3 console and log into your user profile by selecting your user name from the on-screen list displayed at start-up. Allow the console to log you in, and make sure that you are connected to the Internet and logged into the PlayStation Network. As the XMB home screen appears, a message should be displayed in the upper right-hand corner confirming that you were signed in successfully.
Navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB. It can be found second from the right. Scroll down to the bottom icon, the shopping bag representing the PlayStation Store, and press "X." Select "All Games" from the list on the left, then "PS3 Games" from the submenu on the right. Scroll down to "A-C" and press "X."
Scroll down the list of games until you locate "Blacklight: Tango Down." Press "X" to enter the game home screen where two options appear, the free trial and the full game. Select the desired option and press "X." Select "Buy Now" from the purchase screen and you'll be taken to the checkout.
Select the "Add Funds" button at the top right of the screen and you will be asked to select how you wish to fund your wallet -- by credit card or with a PSN Pre-Paid Card. Selecting either will take you to a new screen where you can enter your card details or pre-pay serial number. Click "Continue" once complete to return to the purchase screen. Select "Confirm Purchase" at the bottom of the screen to begin the download.
Allow the download to complete, You will be returned to the XMB home screen. Scroll to "Game" and a "Blacklight:Tango Down" icon will have appeared at the bottom of the list. Press "X" on this icon to install the game.
