How to Make a Challenge Lobby in MW2

"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" is one of the best-selling video games of all time. Part of its massive popularity is due to the extremely competitive and vibrant online modes. Head-to head competition with a global user base adds to the game's lasting appeal. Challenge lobbies allow the more adventurous user to create a more customized experience.

  Onlne gaming has provided users with countless hours of fun.
  
  Start up your PlayStation 3 normally.

  Connect your PS3 to the Internet.

  The open nature of the Internet makes it easy to find modifications for your game.
  
  Delete the modded "MW2" patch from the "Game Data" folder on your PS3.

  Insert your "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" disc and start a new game. The PlayStation Network will prompt you to to download the v1.11 patch for "COD: MW2." Agree to the terms to download and install the patch.

  After the patch has been installed, turn off your PS3. Reboot into jailbreak mode.

  On your PS3, start your FTP server software

  On your computer, start your FTP software and connect to your PS3's files. Using your computer's FTP software, navigate to the location "/dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30377/USRDIR/" and find the "COD:MW2" patch file ('patch_mp.ff').

  Replace the patch file found on the PS3 system with the Godly Modz patch. Simply dragging and dropping the new patch over the old one will overwrite it using your computer's FTP software.

  On your PS3, exit your FTP server and turn off your system. Wait for your system to shut down completely and then unplug the power.

  Reconnect the power source and start your PS3 normally (not in jailbreak mode).

  Start "COD: MW2" normally. Load a split screen profile and start a match. A digital signature from the modding group should be seen onscreen, and your system is successfully hacked.
