How to Drop the Ladder in COD on PS3

In "Call of Duty" games such as "Black Ops," "Modern Warfare" and "World at War," players are set in an environment where they must carry out specific objectives to advance through the game. Most "Call of Duty" games have been released for all four platforms: PC, Xbox 360, Wii and PS3. There are several parts in the "Call of Duty" series where you must drop a ladder. Doing this on the PS3 isn't difficult.

     Start the "Call of Duty" game on your PS3 and resume the single-player mission where you left off.

     Play the game as normal until you get to the point where you need to drop the ladder.

     Walk right up to the ladder, then press and hold the button with the square icon on it. After several seconds the ladder will automatically drop down and you can continue playing the game.
