Instructions
Start a game of "Black Ops", and go to the "Multiplayer" select screen.
Select "Headquarters" as your game of choice, then select your killstreaks by selecting the "Killstreaks &Callsigns" menu option, selecting the "Killstreaks" option, then selecting three of the easiest killstreaks to obtain; the "Spy Plane", the "Counter-Spy Plane", and the "Care Package."
Go back to the main "Multiplayer" menu, and select the "Join a Game" option. You will enter either a game in progress, or one about to start.
Select your starting class by choosing from the pop-up list that appears as soon as you enter the game. A good choice for a starting class is the "Assault" class, as this gives you good perks and a strong starting assault rifle.
Stay close to your teammates and shoot at any enemies you see crossing your path. Killing enemies will give you good amount of exp points, and this is easier to do as a group than solo.
Stay out of any open fields, especially when you are about to obtain a killstreak. Try to hide until you hear an enemy coming, then kill him once you see him. This should activate your killstreak, which can give you tactical advantages alongside good amounts of experience points.
Capture an enemy headquarter with your team. To do this, kill any enemies you see hanging around the enemy base, then do a thorough wrap around any buildings or vantage points looking in at the headquarters. When there are no enemies around, quickly run to the flag and press the "Action" button to capture the headquarters. Not only do you gain a large amount of experience points for doing this, but for every five seconds that you hold onto an enemy headquarters you get 50 more exp points.
