How to Tune Your Car for Wheelies in Need for Speed ProStreet

In the latter stages of the racing video game "Need for Speed ProStreet," you can enter wheelie competitions, where you race your car balanced up on its back wheels. All Muscle Cars and most Tuners in the game can perform wheelies with relatively little tuning -- the Dodge Charger and Chevelle SS are particularly good cars for wheelies. To perform a wheelie, all you need to do is pull off a perfect launch, change gear as the revs peak and hit the nitrous when you go into third gear.

  Select a car with rear-wheel drive -- front-wheel drive cars cannot do wheelies.

  Tune the car's engine to get at least 750bhp and an engine power level of three.

  Buy the performance parts to get your Drivetrain, Nitrous and Suspension ratings to level 3 -- suspension in particular is important for pulling wheelies. Get Forced Induction to level 3, and your tires and brakes to level 2.

  Stiffen the suspension on the rear wheels and lower the tire pressure.

  Custom sculpt the body kit to get the Aero level down as low as possible to help your car maintain a wheelie longer.

  Heat your tires before starting the wheelie, like you would in a drag race.
