"Dragonball: Raging Blast 2" is a fighting game in which players can take control of their favorite fighters from the "Dragon Ball" television show and fight against the show's various villains. One of these villains, Meta-Cooler, is a secret character and can only be unlocked by completing a specific in-game task in the game's "Galaxy Mode."

Begin the game, and select "Galaxy Mode" in the main menu.

Play Galaxy Mode until you reach Cooler's boss mission, in which you must defeat Cooler.

Complete the mission, by defeating Cooler, to automatically unlock Meta-Cooler as a playable character.
