How to Get Someone in Your Car on GTA IV for PS3

Grand Theft Auto 4 is a third-person action game developed by Rockstar North and released on the PlayStation 3 on April 29, 2008. The game places the player in the role of Niko Bellic, an Eastern European immigrant to the fictional American city of Liberty City--the so-called "worst place in America." Niko soon finds that he must cooperate with shady, criminal figures within the city to reach his goal of living the "American Dream." To make money and gain fame, Niko performs frequent criminal acts and runs errands for members of the criminal elite. These errands include a variety of tasks, such as transporting certain characters to specified locations.

     Accept a mission that requires you to transport a character in your car.

     Take possession of a car and use the mini-map to locate the person you need to carry. The person appears as a dot on the map. A yellow trail appears on the map to direct you to that location.

     Follow the trail to your destination. Approach the yellow circle that appears near the passenger you are tasked to transport.

     Brake your car and bring it to a stop within the yellow circle.

   • 5

     Honk the car horn by pressing the left analog stick. The character will enter the car automatically.
