How to Get Promoted in Killzone 2

"Killzone 2" is a first-person shooter for the PS3 that has a single-player campaign and an extremely competitive multiplayer mode. As of the game's Patch 1.50, players could rank up and earn promotions as they played the game's multiplayer mode. This allowed for numerous weapon unlocks and a way to easily designate the game's veteran players. The ranks come quickly in the beginning, but you will have to wait long periods of time before getting promoted when you are nearing the top of the ranking hierarchy.

Instructions

- 1
  Kill opposing forces. Killing an enemy soldier will automatically net you experience points that are automatically applied to ranking your character up. Conversely, killing a teammate will deduct experience points from your character.

  Complete special team-based objectives. Many of the game modes require players to complete specific objectives, such as planting or defusing a bomb. Anytime these objectives are completed, you will earn a bonus to your experience points.

  Win as many matches as possible. If you are on the winning team of a multiplayer match, you will be awarded a bonus to your experience points that are automatically applied to increasing your rank.
