How to Back Up PS3 Saves

The PlayStation 3 includes a backup utility to save important data in case of accidental damage or a corrupted hard drive. The backup utility supports backing up saved games, images, videos and bookmarks from the Internet browser. You can back up data to use on another PlayStation 3 as long as it is not copyrighted material. Your saves are some of the most important data available on the PlayStation 3 since it takes hours and even days to reach your level of progress.
