How to Dial Numbers on Grand Theft Auto 4 for the PS3

Knowing all of the tools available to you on a video game is essential to get through the levels. "Grand Theft Auto 4" on the PS3 has a feature that enables your character to draw a mobile phone and dial a number which you can use to go to a new mission or activate cheats. You can use the mobile phone by pressing a couple of buttons on the PS3 controller to open and navigate it. The mobile phone is in a similar format to normal day-to-day mobile phones.

     Press up on the control joypad when in the game. The mobile phone will appear in the lower left-hand side of the screen.

     Dial a number on the phone. Use the joypad to navigate around the phone. Press "X" to select a number. Choose all the numbers you want to dial. They will appear on the phone dialing screen.

     Move the selector to the "Dial" button. Press "X" to dial the number that you have entered.
