Instructions
Play through the game until you have completed the Cursed Doll side quest. Once you have found all of the cursed dolls, walk around Konoha until you receive a messenger bird from Tsunade.
Go to Tsunade's office and speak with her. This takes you to the "Eight Tails Jinchurichi" fragment, which is Killer Bee's part of the story. Watch the cut scene wherein Madara orders Sasuke to track down and capture Killer Bee.
Watch the cut scene between Sasuke and Killer Bee. Before the fight initiates, you are given an opportunity to prepare for battle. If you have any food items that boost your attack power, such as bentos, use one before fighting Killer Bee.
Use any of Sasuke's attacks to fight Killer Bee. This portion of the story is not very difficult and goes like any other battle in the game. Once Killer Bee's life bar is depleted, another cut scene occurs and he transforms into a giant ox with eight tentacles for tails.
Keep your distance from the transformed Killer Bee. His attacks are very powerful and fighting at close range is very difficult. Throw projectiles such as fire bombs and shuriken to whittle his HP down.
Use Chidori and Chidori Blade to take out larger chunks of his HP. Jump back as soon as these attacks are complete to avoid Killer Bee's counter attack. When you have enough energy to go into Awakening Mode and use your Sharingan, do so and use the Amaterasu attack while keeping your distance. When the battle is over, watch the cut scenes until Killer Bee's story is complete.
