How to Unlock Jinpachi in Tekken 5

"Tekken 5" is an arcade fighting game. Players assume the role of a martial arts fighter participating in The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5. The event is hosted by Jinpachi, an ancient warrior possessed by a demon. Jinpachi hopes one of the contestants will defeat him, ending his suffering. In most versions of the game, Jinpachi is the final boss, but he is not a playable character. Only on the PlayStation 3 platform can players unlock and control Jinpachi.

     Select "Arcade Battle Mode" from the main menu. Note that this mode is different from "Arcade Mode," which features an endless tournament. "Arcade Battle Mode" is a set of eight battles concluding with a fight against Jinpachi.

     Choose any of the available characters and then fight through the eight tournament battles.

   • 3

     Defeat Jinpachi in the final battle. This unlocks him as a playable character in all game modes.
