How to Get Rapid Fire AC-130 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

The sophomore entry in the Modern Warfare series did not disappoint fans with its impressive multiplayer improvements. Gamers could now customize their soldier using a variety of new weapons, perks and attachments. The best aspect of MW2's multiplayer, however, is the use of killstreak rewards. These rewards assist the player by dropping a variety of helpful armaments and gear based on the amount of consecutive kills you can rack up. One such reward is to become the gunner of a devastating AC-130 gunship.

Instructions

- 1
  Go past level 10 in Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer. The AC-130 becomes available only after that level. Keep leveling until the reward is unlockable in the multiplayer menu.

  Go to the killstreaks menu in multiplayer. There, you will see a list of killstreak rewards that you can select.

  Select the AC-130 at the 11 kill mark. You can select only 3 killstreak rewards, so make sure the AC-130 is one of them.
- 4
  Enter a multiplayer session and get 11 straight kills. This will allow you to use the AC-130 gunship for 40 seconds.
