How to Use Courtesans in Assassin's Creed 2 for the PS3

Players can hire courtesans in "Assassin's Creed 2" in order to blend into crowds and move into restricted areas without drawing unwanted attention to themselves. Once the courtesans have been hired, they will gather around you. This will allow you to blend into the crowd and move close to guards without making them suspicious. Groups of courtesans available for hire can be found on most streets in all major towns and cities in the game. It costs 150 florins to hire them.

     Approach a group of courtesans and stand next to them.

     Press the "Triangle" button to pay them 150 florins. They will gather around you.

   • 3

     Move in "Low Profile" mode at the same pace as the courtesans -- just use the analogue stick; do not press the "R1" button -- and stay in the center of the group.
